Doris explaining the situation to Dumbledore
Alzheimers is a disease that Albert Dumblydore has, according to Doris Rumbridge.[1] Because of it, he must retry (or retire). It is possible that Alzheimers is behind Dumbledoree’s desire to be goth, and/or his constant headaches. It may be related to his kancer.
However, it is also possible that that is only the The Mystery of Magic’s opinion (since society basically sucks), and that Dumblydum does not actually have Alzheimers.[2]
