Cho Dementia Chang is a supporting character that appears in Ghost of You. Like most of the characters in the fic, she is reinvented as a goff. In another odd departure, she has an apartment in Tokyo, even though she's (presumably) Chinese. She is Filly's self-insert.
Despite having a non-canonical middle name, she is based on Cho Chang from the original Harry Potter books.

Dementia is described as having long, silky ebony hair with purple streaks. In her first, and only, appearance, she is wearing a torn black MCR t-shirt, a ripped black and red plaid miniskirt, safety pin earrings, and black combat boots with heels.
