In Chapter Thirty-One, Tara Gilesbie calls the readers of her fanfiction "quiephs". It is unknown as to whether Tara attempted to write another word, or if she made up the word. Probably a mispelling of "queef".
Tara could also be referencing Pottersues' review of Punk Butt Hermione.
