Wesley's Whizard Wises is a shop that sells fireworks. Crabbe and Goyke go there to buy a fireworks display in the shape of skulls in Chapter 27. It is clearly based on "Weasley's Wizard Wheezes" from the books, lending further support to the idea that Tara Gilesbie confused Crabbe and Goyle with Fred and George Weasley.
